Our food packaging machines do not differ substantially from those for other consumer goods. For certain washability and sterility needs, we can make the external casing in stainless steel (metal carpentry).

Certainly. Both at the time of installation, with our Pactur staff who explain all the safety and operational procedures for using the machine, and periodically in the company to update the staff who must operate with high-performance automatic machines.
We are implementing internet connection in our new models to make remote machine control accessible.
Special Apps will be developed to always have productivity and any machine messages under control (block, jam, consumable material run out, need to overhaul worn parts, packaging speed, and much more).
In case of error messages that do not disappear with a simple restart, one of our technicians, remotely (Italy, Pactur headquarters) can take control of the machine wherever he is in the world and try to solve the problem (as far as possible).

The tray + shrink film packaging is rigid with respect to the side loads from which it protects the primary packages; at least to some extent it becomes rigid even with respect to vertical loads if the walls of the tray are at least as high as the primary packages in which the product is contained.
Therefore, if the tray has low walls (half wall tray) it is suitable for packaging cans, bottles and cases. Otherwise, if it has high walls (high wall tray) it is also suitable for packaging envelopes and bags.
The packaging machine must first of all have a speed at least equal to the nominal production of the line (full production). It is then necessary to distinguish whether the product to be packaged arrives at the packaging machine in a single row (e.g. cartons, bags) or multi-row channeled (e.g. bottles or rectangular jars) or in bulk on flow conveyors (e.g. bottles or round jars, cans ).
If the product to be packaged arrives at the packaging machine in a single row (e.g. cartons, pouches), the conveyor belt that connects the packaging machine to the upstream production line does not allow accumulation so that in the event of the packaging machine being stopped, there will be an immediate stop even of the upstream machine (e.g. labeller or filler) controlled by a consent connection between the electrical panels of the two machines.
Specifically, tray packaging plus shrink film is possible when the containers to be packaged have sufficient rigidity to support the weight of the stacked packs on the shipping pallet. When both packages guarantee the integrity of the product, the packaging in a tray plus shrink film allows significant savings. Pactur produces both machines for packaging in trays plus shrink film and in cardboard boxes, so its technicians are available to evaluate the best type of packaging for each product.

Yes. Pactur also offers its customers a choice of overhauled used cars, the availability of which is obviously variable and is linked to the specific time of the request.
Pactur has been manufacturing packaging and sealing machines for shrink film for more than thirty years.
Pactur filming machines have always stood out for the solidity of the sheets, the reliability of the components and the refinement of the design.
Therefore, on the market there is still a large fleet of used packaging machines, under the Pactur brand.
In fact, their sturdiness makes them suitable to work for a long time and are rarely discarded.
Therefore, our customers appreciate the long life enjoyed by our packaging machines for shrink film. The proposals for reconditioned used products are therefore very interesting, because the relationship between price and quality is surprisingly advantageous.
The market for second-hand welding machines and tunnels is further facilitated by the maximum flexibility of our machines.
In fact, the same filming machine can pack various and diversified types of products, thanks to the many optional features, which make it very flexible.
This contributes to the increasing revaluation of our used and overhauled machine park.
Also important is the competence of our technicians in the management and repair of even the most obsolete models, possibly out of production.
Pactur has been producing shrink film packaging machines for more than thirty years, so it is taken for granted that some models are no longer current (see Pre-sales assistance).
Nonetheless, our mechanics and electricians also have detailed knowledge of our shrink film machinery that dates back decades.
The expertise on the entire range, present and past, and the availability of spare parts, also guarantee the reliability of our second-hand machines. This is the advantage of buying a used packaging machine directly from its own manufacturer.
They are all synonyms or ways of defining the same machines that operate with shrink film.
The only exception is the Shrinkwrappers which differ in that they package larger objects (e.g. bottle packs) without completely sealing the package from all sides with heat sealing, thus leaving some sides free from the film.
